Born and raised in the Philippines and later moving to Oahu, I’ve always been drawn to the island lifestyle. I hold an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University, have worked for a Forbes 5-Star resort, and bring more than 15 years of real estate investment experience. Since 2009, I’ve invested in a wide range of real estate—from fix-and-flips and short-term vacation rentals to multi-tenant long-term rentals and mobile home parks across the country. After visiting Maui several times a year, my family and I decided to make the Valley Isle our home.
